Acute pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease of the pancreas. The latter plays an important role, it is involved in the digestion of food, and also manufactures insulin, hormone acting on the balance of sugar levels in the body. Gallstones and alcohol, not alcohol in particular but "excessive drinking" to be specific, and these are most often the cause of "acute pancreatitis"
Severe abdominal pain affects people with acute pancreatitis. Treatment includes medical means such as pain management, sometimes surgery is required.

What is acute pancreatitis?
It corresponds to the inflammatory involvement of the pancreas that can go as far as the destruction of the pancreas (necrosis). The mechanism of this necrosis is self- digestion of the gland by its own very powerful enzymes.
The pancreas is a gland that digests food when it leaves the stomach and engages in the gut. Its anatomical situation is in the abdominal cavity, just in front of the spine, at what is called the "solar plexus". The pancreas also makes insulin, a hormone that affects the balance of sugar levels in the body.
Acute pancreatitis: causes and risk factors
By far the most common causes are:
Gallstones (small or large) stuck in the bile ducts and pancreas;
Alcohol (even taken in a unique and important way).
More rarely :
A very high triglyceride level;
Chronic pancreatitis ;
Mumps ;
Surgery on the bile duct;
Abdominal trauma
Calcium levels too high
Some drugs.
Signs of acute pancreatitis
The beginning is brutal, often after a copious meal and watered.
The abdominal pain is very violent, in bar, radiating towards the back and the left scapula. The patient is bent forward, "writhing in pain".
Vomiting is very common, fever is possible, the abdomen is often very bloated.
Paracetamol does not relieve the patient.
Acute pancreatitis: consultation, examinations and analyzes
The doctor may notice nothing alarming when he examines the patient: it is this discrepancy between the importance of the pains and the poverty of the clinical examination that makes the diagnosis evoke. Sweats, pallor , icy hands and feet, great discomfort are signs of gravity. The patient is then hospitalized.
Blood tests reveal:
An increase in pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase);
An increase in white blood cells
Many other biological disturbances that define the severity of pancreatitis and can establish the cause (biliary calculus? Alcohol?).
Radiological examinations:
The X-ray of the abdomen without preparation (ASP) may be normal or show a distended bowel. It can also rule out other diagnoses;
Ultrasound can show a stuck calculation in the bile ducts. It rarely allows to visualize the pancreas itself;
Abdominal CT (computed tomography) is very useful to help with diagnosis and to assess the importance of lesions. It is most often done by intravenously injecting iodine to better visualize the region of the pancreas;
The chest x-ray may show the presence of fluid in contact with the left lung (pleural effusion).
Evolution of acute pancreatitis
The illness may be minor and the patient is discharged quickly from the hospital. It can also be serious and require a long hospitalization, often in a resuscitation department. Finally, it can be fatal.
Complications can be early or late. They can be local (abscess, superinfection, fistula, hemorrhage, formation of false cysts) or general ( renal insufficiency, acute respiratory insufficiency , state of shock, generalized infection, heart failure, diabetes ). Sometimes surgery is necessary.
The cure can be complete. In case of gallstones , it is necessary secondarily to surgically remove the vesicle ( cholecystectomy ) to avoid recurrence.
Acute pancreatitis: treatment
Medical treatment include:
The management of pain which must be a priority objective by using very often morphine (or its derivatives );
The installation of a gastric tube through the nose or mouth with aspiration of digestive fluid;
Infusion with very significant water intake;
A complete oral diet;
Infusions intended to reduce digestive secretions;
Antibiotics;
Insulin in case of diabetes;
Stopping the drug possibly responsible.
The surgical means include:
The extraction under general anesthesia endoscopically of a calculation, if it completely blocks the bilio-pancreatic ducts (which are consequently infected);
Pancreatic drainage of necrotic flows (by puncture or surgical opening);
The removal of the gallbladder when it is responsible.
Sometimes when the patient is hospitalized in intensive care:
Respiratory support ;
Extra renal treatment ( dialysis ).
Do not confuse acute pancreatitis with ...
Many conditions can lead to abdominal pain and be an emergency next to which should not be passed: myocardial infarction , tearing of the artery aorta, intestinal infarction, intestinal obstruction , perforation of the stomach, intestinal infection, insufficiency of the glands adrenals at too abrupt discontinuation of cortisone treatment.
Removal of the gallbladder and complications of this surgery
In case of cholelithiasis, removal of the gallbladder may lead to complications. Rare, but sometimes serious.
Although there are few complications in the removal of the gallbladder for simple gallstones, biliary tract wounds occur in rare cases (2 per 1000). They are partly related to anatomical variations from one person to another, with sometimes serious consequences if they are not repaired immediately.
Most often, the pain caused by a gallstone stops when it comes down from the cystic duct it obstructed in the gallbladder. But sometimes it remains locked in this channel, and if this blocking lasts a long time, the liquid contained in the vesicle can be infected: it is a cholecystitis. For Professor Pelletier, " if the painful crisis continues beyond five or six hours and sits on the right, you must be wary of a complication. Cholecystitis is often accompanied by a little fever, signs of inflammation, and pain impedes breathing . The prescription of antibiotics is necessary. " The recent recommendations emphasize the need not to wait for the effect of antibiotics to intervene, but to operate quickly ",
Sometimes small stones can pass into the main bile duct (common bile duct). Most often, they will also pass the papilla which alleviates the common bile duct and will evacuate in the stool. But it happens that a calculation remains blocked in the lower part of the bile ducts and causes an infection of these pathways upstream, especially in their intrahepatic portion. This is called cholangitis. It can result in jaundice and sepsis, accompanied by high fever. In all cases, antibiotic treatment must be instituted urgently and, if the infection persists, rapidly clear the main bile duct.
Acute pancreatitis
Angiocholitis can also be associated with acute pancreatitis, an inflammation of the pancreas that remains the potentially most serious complication of gallstones. " We can free the bile duct by
digestive endoscopy and recovering the calculations with a small probe basket, " says Professor Paye. The removal of the gallbladder, simultaneously or at a distance, makes it possible to limit the risk of cholecystitis, which becomes important after sphincterotomy.
Since the advent of laparoscopy in the 1990s, the latter was used instead for bladder ablation and endoscopy to explore the main bile duct in cases of suspicion of stones. Today, some teams are doing all by laparoscopy, others first extraction of gallstone stones by endoscopy, then removal of the gallbladder by laparoscopy. " There is a certain competition in this area between laparoscopic surgeons and endoscopists, but without one technique giving better results than the other, " says Professor Pelletier.
For Professor Paye, " sphincterotomy still has two drawbacks: it gives rise to a small number of complications, haemorrhages or acute pancreatitis sometimes serious, and may subsequently promote small digestive reflux in the bile duct. "
Biliary stones can promote cancer of the gallbladder, but this is rare: 2000 new cases per year, or 3% of all digestive cancers.
Reintroducing alcohol after acute pancreatitis diagnosis.
I had been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis last August 2017. My doctors and my dietician warned me that alcohol is now banned for life, but friends doctors tell me that after six months of rest, its not dangerous to consume a few beers from time to time. What should I think?
In addition, I just read that tobacco is also to be banned for patients of acute pancreatitis. Was my doctor exaggerating the effects of alcohol consumption after my diagnosis with pancreatitis? Is it true that alcohol and tobacco are strictly forbidden?
Well, the very recent death of Swedish born superstar electronic DJ "Avicii" at the untimely age of 28 should suffice to answer this question. Really truly sad to have lost such talent. Excessive drinking even at formal functions of events have to become a thing of the past and over alcohol indulgence is something the young performer admitted to being unable to resist, so as you see alcohol and smoking will have to be scrapped for good, at least after acute pancreatitis diagnosis is confirmed.
Gallbladder Removal: What Is There Were A Safer Treatment?
It has become one of the most common surgical procedures. "More than 100,000 gallbladder ablations for painful stones are performed every year in France," says Professor Gilles Pelletier, a hepatologist (Paul Brousse Hospital, Villejuif). Age is the main risk factor for cholelithiasis. After age 60, 20% of women and 10% of men carry one or more gall bladder stones, 30% of women and 20% of men after 70 years. In 80% of cases, they are not accompanied by any symptoms. "These gallstones remain exceptional before 20 years (between 0.1 and 2%).
Women more affected
But some experts warn: the epidemic of childhood obesity could increase their frequency among young people. A recent Californian study of 510,000 young people aged 10 to 19 shows that there are 3 times more gallstones in very obese boys and 8 times more in girls of the same body size. The other major risk factors for cholelithiasis are indeed sex - women are twice as affected - and obesity. It is also favored by pregnancy, large variations in weight and some drugs. Genetic susceptibility factors would account for 25%, those related to lifestyle for 75%.
Natural Gallstone Remedies
Vesicular Home Treatments And The Liver Flush
What is the liver flush diet?
Your gallbladder is located on the right side of the abdomen, just under the liver, and it keeps the bile fluid that gets released into the small intestine to break down the food you eat. The form of gallstones reason is still clinically clear, but the bile excreted by the liver begins to crystallize and eventually form solids; different stones are formed under different conditions. If the liver excretes too much cholesterol, more cholesterol than bile can remove, this cholesterol can form gall bladder stones. Another reason for gallstones is another chemical produced by the liver during the decomposition of red blood cells, bilirubin. Excess bilirubin can accumulate in the gallbladder and form stones.
Gallstones can remain silent and do not cause problems, but if a gallstones get stuck in the body and cause a blockage, the result can be very painful. Gallstone pain can be sudden and intense, felt in the center or on the right side of the abdomen, or even the back and shoulder pain. gallstone symptoms may also include yellowing of the skin and eyes.
Find a cure for your gallstones
This page is for discussion and suggestion of natural remedies for gallstones. Some of our most popular remedies for gallstones are apple cider vinegar, clean gall bladder, apples, figs, and a number of dietary suggestions. Let us know what you are trying to do at the Earth Clinic to cure your gallstones. Have a cure not listed here yet? Do not hesitate to share the story with us.
I feel terrible pain in my stomach. I search the net and found that eating fried foods, spicy dishes, pizza and etc. I never knew and gallstones. It started about 3-4 in the morning with eating those dishes that I listed above. I start pain in the stomach, nausea and feelings of constipation. I would first throw and nausea past. When that's over, I'll finally be able to go back to sleep. I have to be at work at 7am and extremely tired.
Finally I discovered alfalfa pills, no particular store brand, but they worked. 2-1300 mg tablets in the afternoon before eating the foods listed above. No more attacks !!
I was doing very well before falling back to eating out. Little by little, he seems to build and bam, attack. The stone has been released!
I noticed that the table of bread for me in any quantity must be avoided at all costs. I also noticed that excessive fat content in one or two meals a day will bring on.
I'm doing a "liver flush" now with Apple Organic Juice. I drink hot / hot water in the morning with lemon juice. I stick to most rice vegi and during the hunt. I do this Flush with the help of a Dr. and a nutritionist. I take a bile thining supplement. I attach to eating healthy fat and not having a problem with Real Organic Butter or salt in moderation with vegi's. I did it at the front and rinsed several stones. Still, it appeared to me after eating a slightly escallating amount of food triggering that I'm probably as allergic to, I was spending a stone. Apple juice is a miracle disolvent for Stones. After an attack rest your body, because there is so much on the common bile duct. Drink apple juice and try to stay stress free. Eat with care.
If I have to undergo surgery, but with more disapline and time, maybe I can avoid it because I also contemplate the cases what this is. You know, if this early surgery in the hospital. I read that if your health and your bloodwork shows high levels resulting from an attack then you may be able to heal by eating a better diet. Potatoes (gold) also seem to be a miracle food for some reason. Good luck with your health.
I read last night that it takes years for stones to develop. If you have cleaned your diet and you go back to eating something that you are not using too much you will trigger a potential stone release. You must dissolve the stones and you must eat healthy fat. The gallbladder needs good fats. That's the job. I mine underworked. I do not eat good or bad fat just refined breads and sugar over the years and minimal vegtables. I love carb of.
Yes fats and foods in general, I find that taking some Betafood stops misery for me. I only have a small stone in the gall bladder, but I get that miserable pain under my left shoulder blade that stings and the burns and tabs help a lot 1-3 a meal if necessary. I hope it helps. All reviewers on amazon say that it is for the health of the gall bladder. I plan to keep my organs as long as possible.
I am a 27 year old woman scheduled for a sonogram to check for suspected gallstones based on the symptoms I have had for years. I have other factors stacked against this too. All the women on my mother's side (including her) had their gallbladders removed because of stones. I am also overweight; have lost a lot of weight; am an ex-smoker Eating a poor diet for the first 80% of my life have Native American genetics; have a deficiency of magnesium and slightly low thyroid running.
Since improving my health through exercise, choosing fresh and homemade foods, and taking magnesium supplement, my frequency "attacks" (what I think are gallbladder attacks) is very low to what she was. Sometimes I go to book again. Unfortunately, when I do it, it always triggers an attack about 20% of the time. Usually, after eating fast food, red meat, or something rich dairy products.
My definition of gallbladder attacks is: a horrible pain in my upper stomach that can become so intense, I can barely succeed in straightening my torso. I doubled on constantly, walking hunched if I can muster the will to walk around. The pain radiates my sternum and upper back between my shoulder blades. It feels like a gigantic pair of fists are pushed into my chest and stomach, squeezing and turning in opposite directions, so that nothing can go further in or out. My upper stomach will feel a bit hard or stiff too - as it is all stiff.
Sometimes I get my boyfriend to pound his fist in my upper back, as he is punching back for me! I'm going to grind my fist in my back too, and sometimes the pressure helps little but only while I'm doing it. I know, quite weird of me. But it is what makes sense at the time. In the past, for the attacks, I took the carrot juice that I read digestion aid and / or a cup of my magnesium powder supplement (called Natural -It's amazing quiet!) Who takes the edge off the coast. Once, I chewed raw ginger I cut right next to the root in pure desperaton. All of these things have helped (although carrot juice has stopped being so effective for some reason).
The attacks last from one hour to several hours and can be mild or severe where I'm panting and squirming on the bed, moaning helplessly. Sometimes there is oh belching so Ladylike involved, but if it's bad, it does not matter how much my body tries to do it, it does not solve anything.
I had an attack that woke me up very early this morning. (It's my fault, I even thought he could come last night I was so tired last night, I did not want to cook, even though this little voice in my head told me I should do it. I did not listen and got a chicken burrito in a taco store on the way to think the chicken house is a sweet choice it did not even end up being that good - it was raw and had quantity Unexpectedly greasiness as it was cooked on an uncleaned surface that had been used for red meat.I did not eat half feel how heavy it was in my stomach.Less than 2 hours later, I could smell like this attack has been coming. In preperation I find this page with all the good reviews about apple cider and apple juice working. I hoped and wanted to go get the apple juice and apple cider in the store, but asleep with my phone still on my chest, this page remains on the screen when the attack woke me up.
It was a milder attack so I took the magnesium and then drove to the grocery store for apple cider vinegar and apple juice. He got worse at the store, but he's so close to my house that I did it. As described here, I took the 1/4 cup of suggested cider vinegar (the Heinz brand) mixed with a glass of apple juice (Simply Apple brand). It took me 10-15 minutes to finish drinking. I was a little surprised at the burning sensation in my throat and stomach, but I thought the magic of work. The burn is nothing really unpleasant or hard - nothing compared to the pain of the attack at least. )
As I took these last sips I had already begun to feel soothe the pain. My stomach softened to the touch and the small swells the stiffness sometimes creates went away. About an hour later, the pain was almost all gone and just a slight discomfort and the pain remained was all that was left! It's the best pain cure for attacks I've ever tried. I have never had pain go away so quickly or so close to finishing like this before. Now, I started with the magnesium supplement, but this help was minimal (it is much better for that reactive than preventive purposes).
It drained me well. These attacks have almost everything about me. I gathered the energy of writing this post because I want it to be read by people who are looking for other people's experiences that go through it and what worked for them. I tell you it works! If you have an attack, my say is to try it.
Thanks to the Earth Clinic and everyone who took the time to post their experiences too. I would not have turned to apple cider / apple juice concoction and got my quick relief if not for you !!
Hi Chance, Your story is exactly the same as the attack I had today. I thought I could have pasta with a creamy sauce, boy what an error that was! I had read your post earlier in the week and had my husband go to the store and get apple cider vinegar and apple juice. He sort of burnt go to my throat. But after about 15 minutes, the bloating in my belly began to descend and the pain decreased enough to breathe better! But my belly is still sore hours later. I do not know if I used Apple cider vinegar too much, but my belly hurts again. But the pain is above all thank God! I have to flush to get rid of gallstones. I do not want surgery. The surgeon wanted me to schedule the surgery to remove the gall bladder, but I told him that God gave me a gall bladder for a reason. ). So my husband and I start eating healthy foods and cutting processed foods! Thank you very much for sharing your post and other people posting their stories! I just have to find the flush now! Wish me good luck. Thank you EARTH CLINIC.
Recently learned that I have gallstones, aargh!
Successfully performed a flush of liver / stone. While I feel a little better, I'm still experiencing symptoms of gallstones related (ie, E. Nausea, gas, acid reflux, gurgles, asthma attacks, allergies, etc.) sought a way to treat w. / attacks, while preparing next flush in a few weeks. With a google search, found this site and the cider vinegar solution. Fashioned I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Excited to report, he worked.
I got apple cider vinegar (w / mother's) and combined with organic apple juice (both generic store brands at the health food store). Result was a delicious acidulous drink. In a few minutes, I began to feel relief.
Thanks a lot to those who shared it worked for their symptoms, and thanks to earthclinic. Com, for making this resource available online!
Hello, I had gallstone problems for the month and a half without realizing it for the first month, and then after the pain and nausea became so bad that he drove me to the hospital, I discovered that I had to either gallstones or gastritis. I started doing some research and started taking Lecithin, Magnesium, Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Cinnamon and Ginger.
And everything started going very fast, and I could actually feel the stones moving through the ducts and outside!
Then a week ago I heard about apple juice, and I wanted to do as much as I could to dissolve gallstones as quickly as possible so I tried it - but it upset my stomach and got me gave the diarrhea so bad that I had to stop. (My mother told me that he did the same thing when I was a baby, so she was not surprised.) And the nausea started to disappear immediately after the stop.
Then I noticed a few days ago that I was doing horrible heat intolerance in 80 degree times and other symptoms of low electrolytes-dizziness, confusion, acute-and I was doing Malabsorbsion symptoms early on-so I started taking apple cider vinegar to replenish my electrolytes and multi-vitamin liquid to help my body absorb them better. But I think apple cider vinegar made my nausea come back as hard as before!
When I stopped the apple juice, the nausea disappeared. Now that I'm taking apple cider vinegar, he's back, and I can barely eat anything!
I feel much better when I take it, and I have not had painful or uncomfortable feelings in my gallbladder area for two days now. I feel almost completely normal except for the stomach, and there is now a burning / scratching sensation happening in my stomach with it that I think is a symptom of high stomach acid caused by apple cider vinegar. apple.
I'm afraid if I stop apple cider vinegar, I'll run low on electrolytes again, and as I'm still not digesting my food all the way, so I know this is still a possibility.
Can I take with apple cider vinegar to stop nausea? I heard him talking about taking baking soda with her. Will work?
Better but with side effects
Hi, this is Liz, I'm answering my own post to let you know what has happened to me since I made this first post.
Two days after doing this post, I passed a huge gallstone that had slowly worked its way, and, of course, made me feel nauseous and terrible when doing it. I sit on the couch feeling horrible, then, boom! Felt pass, has a lot of gurgling sounds from high around my gallbladder area and instantly felt much better! Nausea gone! Yay!
A few days after that I made my first liver flush with olive oil and lemon juice. I blush on a 1/4 cup of pee sized for almost marble-cut stone. I've done three more since, and durring the third, I was amazed when I flushed two huge stones that were between the size of gumballs and golfballs. I could not believe it, especially since I had not felt pain or discomfort while flushing. I was always passing around the same amount of stones, around one each time 1/4 or more. The last flush I do not go through at all, which is a bit suspicious given that in all I had done before having passed so many. But I feel better,
I did not know that by doing these puffs you also give your body a very good detox. Your liver may contain a lot of toxins, so if you flush it, it's likely to release some of them. So, if someone out there is doing one of those puffs and it makes you feel worse or feel a bit sick afterwards, it would not have made it worse, it could be detoxification. Remember to drink a lot of water to help flush out everything and keep on your electrolytes and it will pass faster and make you feel better.
Also I wanted to say that I found that taking 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt was way too much for me. My mother and have had the same amount of success with only taking 2 teaspoons - 1 tablespoon once in the evening and then again in the morning. But of course, everyone is different, so it might not work for you.
I have had no problem with taking or ACV apple juice since the passage of this first gallstone, and I bring everything I say about it to make me feel sick and nauseated. It is actually very good and recommended for nausea and stomach problems becuase it regulates the stomach and is good for your body.
Liz, what is the recipe for flushing? Knows the pain of gallstones for years. ACV works, but I want to get rid of them once and for all. Thank you p.
VCA / HONEY / WATER CURED NAUSEA, BLOT, & Gallbladder lethargic. BILIARY VESICLE DIAGNOSED AFTER TEST NO PUMPING (NORMAL 35 AND ABOVE / MINE WAS 9). AS I DO NOT SHOW STONES, SURGEON REFUSES TO REMOVE - GO ONLINE AND FIND ACV CURE. IN TWO DAYS, I felt good without symptoms.
For Maria in Shreveport - I had gallbladder problems as well. I have wonderful success with Milk Thistle and Dandelion. You can find both as a capsule mixture in a good vitamin store. I also take a high grade Acidoph at night on an empty stomach, and VCA in my water bottle, about a half teaspoonful. I drink 2 a day. She can also check sensitivity to gluten and too much Omega 6. Good luck!
Yes I was suffering terrible sore in the right side of my upper abdomen, I think it could have been a stone bladder. However, after taking only a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar vinegar in hot water the pain has disappeared.
Undiagnosed officially but when I had acute pain in the area where the gallbladder is supposed to reside, after eating too much fatty food, on more than one occasion, I took the apple cider vinegar that helped quickly . Again, several times I had a big pain and pressure in the lower back, again undiagnosed but that seemed to be the passage of a kidney stone, I drank Aloe Vera juice and got immediate relief. It can not be proven, but in any case both products are harmless.

Apple Cider Vinegar AND LAVENDER
I must say that I was doing the worst gall bladder / gallstone attack and came to earthclinic.com help. I read that ACV and also lavender oil helped that. I was desperate and reached to my lavender essential oil and put a drop on my index finger and stuck it in my mouth. Within 5 minutes my pain had decreased considerably.
I put 2 cap-fulls of ACV in a drink. Within 10 minutes, I felt 95% better !!
I've been looking into stroke research to help dissolve gallstones, so far I'm only 1.5 days after a month-long battle. I had greasy / fatty foods without a problem. I can not believe it works, but I'm going to stick to two cap-fulls of ACV twice a day in my glass in hopes of getting rid of those calculations I have. I took 3 doses of 2 cap-fulls for the last two days and have no pain! It is a miracle!
ACV blasts gallstones! I was doing a cholesterol clean with the Atkins protocol, and cleared the smaller ones, but the bigger ones were very painful, so I took 1 quarter of the ACV over 3 days and they were gone, confirmed ultrasound with, the just technology that he knew would find stones because "everyone" has stones. but they are gone!
However, I find that I had to keep them at bay with a high dose of vitamin D. For me that is 25,000 IU a day.
I have a large gallstone and when I have apple or apple juice, it causes me to have a gallbladder attack with severe pain and vomiting. Now I guess it's because the apple softened the stone and mine is too big to pass so it's pretty sick. ACV does seem to help some of the time, but my attacks are severe and I get my gallbladder removed, waiting for the call to surgery.
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Gall Stones and had to sleep on the couch due to reflux. My doctor said all we can do is plan for an operation to remove your gall bladder, as if we are just removing the stones, they will eventually come back. I maintained that I did not want part of my body removed for any real good reason, but the doctor knows best, right? There was a waiting list at the hospital for me to suffer for about 4 weeks until the date of my operation and in the meantime, a co-worker noticed that I was not in the best state of health and asked me what was going on and I told him. The next day,
You must eat a minimum of 8 large apples in a period of 24 hours (green are the best because they are the most acidic, but you can mix it).
From breakfast on the first day, eat only raw apples for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Day two rehearsal according to the first day. The second day, before going to bed drink 2/3 cup of virgin olive oil, follow this with 1/3 cup of lemon juice (to get the oil out of your mouth). Then go to sleep on the right side for the night. freshly squeezed apple juice and herbal teas are ok for these 2 days, but do not skimp on apples, the better the better.
The acid in the apples will break down the gallstones naturally and the olive oil will help the removal of the broken stones. This is amazing and worked for me so much that my terrible symptoms immediately transmitted and I could sleep in my bed again to sleep this 2nd night.
I went to my pre-op appointment and when the nurse asked how I am, I say I'm fine now, the stones are gone. She did not believe me until another ultrasound showed that I was all clear! She then asked me how I did it and said she was going to tell a report of hers about it.
Unsurprisingly, the doctor did not believe a word of my story and just said there must have been an error in my original ultrasound to which I replied, "I did not cheat the pain that I went over during last weeks he was real and he is now completely gone. " I have two ultrasounds left and my whole body is intact. I make the apple diet every year as a preventative, although my diet has also changed for the better so I do not think I have Gall Stones ever.
Do you mean cooking apples or granny smith apples?
I managed to eat a little over 2 apples in the morning and my stomach kept trying to tell me to stop. Does this happen to you? I went on the drops in A & E for this kind of signs me a little scared. There was no way I could have had more apples when I came back for lunch, he felt.
I wanted with Granny apples smith and hurt my gums and teeth a bit.
I really hope you can answer and I can get this job. thank you very much
I ate 1-2 apples every 2-3h or whenever I felt hungry. I was eating a variety of apple types, so I would not be too bored. I even cooked green apples together at dinner with a first for the desert. is optimal to have nothing but raw apples go through your system for a minimum of 24 hours as it is the natural acids in the apples that break the stones down. Good luck
I'm almost crying here. Thank you very much for your article / cures / gallstones. Here you are. And I'll be sure to let you know how he does it. Thanks again
