Cannabis and The Bible:

"This holy oil of consecration, as described in the original Hebrew version of the Exodus recipe (XXX: 22-23), contained more than 6 books of kaneh-bosem, a substance identified by etymologists, linguists, anthropologists , botanists and other famous researchers, cannabis incorporated in six measures of olive oil, with a variety of other medicinal herbs. The ancient "consecrated" were literally coated with this mixture. "

"It must be understood that in the ancient world, diseases such as epilepsy were attributed to demonic possessions and in order to cure a person of such a disease, an exorcism was used, with the help of medicinal herbs. It is interesting to note that cannabis has proven effective in treating not only epilepsy, but also many illnesses that Jesus and his followers healed such as skin diseases (Matthew 8: 10,11), vision problems. (John 9: 6-15) and menstrual problems (Luke 8: 43-48). "

Chronic pain and depression are frequently associated. Their complex links are better and better documented. It is known, among other things, that depression is accompanied by an increase in the number and intensity of painful complaints. Conversely, the presence of pain complicates the diagnosis and worsens the prognosis of depression. There are different types of pain

Like many other inconveniences menstrual pain varies from person to person. Some just get a little stomach ache while others are bothered by diarrhea and migraines. The medical term for painful menstruation is dysmenorrhea and in the medical profession, it is referred to as primary and secondary dysmenorrhea.

Primary and secondary menstrual pain

The primary is common in young women and can be linked to the first menstrual periods and can be very painful. The secondary often begins later in life, between the ages of 30 and 45, and may be caused by various medical conditions. Here you can do a proper survey to see what underlying causes can be behind strong heartburn, but the pain itself is treated just like primary human pain.

Do I have severe heartburn?

I'm tired to the point of exhaustion.

My pain can be cramped, constant, or both at the same time

My pain may be felt in the abdomen, lumbar spine, or on the inside of the thighs

I have other symptoms associated with my periods like headache, diarrhea, nausea, mood swings

Have you answered "Yes" to any of these statements, you may suffer from painful menstruation / dysmenorrhoea.

Menstrual Disorders - What is the reason?
In the case of ovulation every month, the mucous membrane of the uterus becomes thicker. The mucous membrane becomes thicker to receive a fertilized egg and if no fertilization occurs, the uterus must get rid of the mucous membrane. The uterus pulls out and bumps out the mucosa that comes out like blood - while. The uterus is a muscle and the contractions can lead to cramps and these are the cramps that in turn cause menstrual pain.

Menstrual pain - Reduce pain naturally
Many women avoid exercise and physical activity when you have menstrual pain, but the uterine spasm can only be released simply by touching. Having sex or to masturbate can be a way to relieve pain as the orgasm makes the uterus relax.

Adding something warming over for example the stomach or back can also be soothing. You can also try to stay in different positions to see if the pain may release. Being stressed and worried can exacerbate the pain and in some cases you can see that menstruation is more common and worse for smokers. Even alcohol can aggravate the pain of the human body. How to move, take care of your body and be healthy is a good way towards a more sustainable period of menstruation.

As with all pain, it is very individual and of course you should not have such serious menstrual pain that you cannot go to school or work. Then you may need to supplement with other treatment.

Menstrual Pain - Treatments That Fit You
One of the most common treatments is NSAIDs that have proven to provide good relief in period pain. NSAIDs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that you can find at the pharmacy.

NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)

Medicines with acetylsalicylic acid; Aspirin, Magnecyl et al.

Medicines with ibuprofen; Ipren, Nurofen and others

Drugs with naproxen: Naprosyn, Naproxen etc.
It is good to take these one or two days before the menstrual period but as with any medicine, you should follow the instructions on the packaging and if you feel the need to increase the dosage as recommended, always consult and consult a doctor. Always take after a meal.

"The pill" as pain reliever in conjunction with period pain?
The contraceptive pill contains progesterone and estrogen. This not only prevents ovulation, but also reduces the thickness of the uterine mucosa. This in turn can lead to a lighter person with less menstrual pain.

Period pain - new treatments
Mensyrual pain is individual and different treatments are suitable for different persons.

Some women have been helped by herbal medicines, vitamins, minerals and acupuncture. Surgery can also be used in really difficult cases. A study shows that the product Allay, a pulse linkage, which uses pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) can reduce the cramps of some and thus reduce the pain without taking any drugs.

Menstrual pain - can I be cured?
This pain is often hereditary and can end when you have given birth to a child. In most cases, it is unfortunately something that remains throughout the menstrual period and is for many a very painful experience.

Living useful and healthy increases the chance of avoiding the worst pain in menstruation and for those who want to add medical treatment there are different possibilities. Using a product like Allay can of course be a natural choice for those who want to avoid taking drugs.

Whichever method you use, you deserve to be able to function even during the menstrual period and it is therefore very valuable to find out which method and treatment suits you and dare to talk to the environment as well as the health care of your person.

The natural antidepressants are dietary supplements made from extracts of herbs and medicinal plants and natural substances capable of acting on ' mood , re-establishing the right tone .

In medical practice two types of depression are recognized and kept separate , depending on the cause: a biological depression, and a psychogenic depression.

The biological depression is caused by alteration in the neurotransmitter mechanisms , so the natural antidepressants will be composed of plants active on the neurotransmitters, which support their function of conveying the information, between the cells that make up the nervous system, and to regulate the tone of the mood .

The depression psychogenic was instead due to a series of reactions and internal conflicts resulting from an event that has excessively changed the patient's mood. For this type of disorder natural antidepressants will be composed of Bach flowers, and essential oils, which bring benefits on depressive states, placing the patient in front of all those aspects of their lives , which may somehow be the cause of depression and to implement change and healing in this way .

Depression and mood

Depression is defined as a mood disorder , characterized by a series of physical , behavioral and psychological symptoms that, together, are able to diminish the tone , weaken the person and undermine their ability to adapt .

Each person has his own mood that tends to manifest more often. This can be considered as characteristic of the subject , as a character habit and as part of the person's temperament. It is the result both of a basic biological endowment of the individual, of its hereditary constitution , and of the modifications due to the environment of growth and development of the personality (including the factors present in the course of intrauterine life). So the concept of mood indicates ' emotional aspect of our mental background activity.

However, the mood tone also depends on the production of endorphins secreted by our brain. These substances are endowed with analgesic or stimulating properties, similar to those of morphine and opium, but with a broader and non-toxic range. When a particular nerve impulse reaches the spinal column, endorphins are released under specific conditions and in the case of particulars such as exhausting physical activities (bodybuilders and / or advanced athletes are dependent on intense training that causes large release of endorphins), meditative states deep and strong emotions .

The main effects of the release of endorphins occur as a state of euphoria or drowsiness , more or less intense depending on the amount released, which can also occur in conclusion of a sexual relationship , which probably derives the typical psychophysical condition related to it .

Natural antidepressants: medicinal plants

The natural antidepressants used in phytotherapy for the treatment of biological depression are plants that help fight sadness , regulate mood and stabilize the mood .

The flavonoids of hypericum , exert an antidepressant and sedative action , obtained only from the dry extract or from the mother dye ; l ' hypericin , in particular, inhibits two enzymes responsible for the deactivation of various mediators of the central nervous system (serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine) and increases the nocturnal secretion of melatonin , helping against insomnia. It is also able to increase serotonin serum levels , similar to certain antidepressant drugs. Several studies have shown that the extract of hypericumlimits the reabsorption of two other neuroreceptors called norepinephrine and dopamine that play an important role in depression, mood swings during the menopause, seasonal depression and periods of nervous breakdown .
The rhodiola produces an increase in the plasma concentration of beta-endorphins, able to prevent the hormonal changes indicative of stress .
The griffonia seeds contain 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin , which in our body is involved in various physiological functions. By raising the levels of serotonin, griffonia is able to improve the tone of the mood , sexuality , quality of sleep ; favors the control of the pain threshold ; and helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle , body thermoregulation , appetite , thus eliminating anxiety and depression.
Even through diet, we can integrate foods and substances, which contain minerals and vitamins with antidepressive action . The spirulina , the maca or pollen in addition to ffutta and vegetables in season, are rich sources of B vitamins and of magnesium , essential nutrients in the production of serotonin , and for the proper functioning of the nervous system .

Spring stress, help the Maca of the Andes

Natural antidepressants: Bach Flowers

The Bach flower for depression are a type of vibrational therapy that helps to cope with emotional distress and psychosomatic disorders that accompany this disorder. Discovered and elaborated in the 1930s by the English doctor Edward Bach, the flower therapy is based on the principle that the manifestation of the disease is nothing but the physical effect of psychological causes , a sort of " tool " that our soul uses to make us become aware of our wrong way of seeing or facing life. The profound action of Bach's flowers improves and corrects emotional imbalances, caused by external events, or by a negative attitude triggered by our personality, promoting the virtue opposite to the specific mood that we are experiencing.

Once we recover emotional healing, we can also see benefits at the physical level, such as improving mood and vitality. Among the anti-depressant Bach flowers we mention Sweet Chestnut , Gentian , Wild Rose , Gorse and Mustard . The purchase of Bach flowers takes place mainly in herbal medicine or pharmacy where you can get your own personal mix. This mixture is composed of the floristapeuta, homeopath or naturopath after an interview-interview, aimed at bringing out the problems that afflict the person, to associate them with the floral remedies corresponding to the altered moods.

Natural antidepressants: essential oils

Essential oils are the remedies used by aromatherapy, a holistic natural cure that intervenes on physical , mental and spiritual processes , rebalancing the general state of health. The aromas that come from flowers , leaves , berries and barks , in fact, can be considered " the soul of the plants" , since they are the result of the extraction of their volatile substances .

Their action is never just something limited and highly specific to an organ or apparatus, but they perform a general activity on the organism. In fact, through the perception of odors, aromatherapy involves the sphere of emotionality , memory , sensitivity and all related cognitive areas ; in addition to the endocrine system and the immune system .

Unlike the other senses, the olfactory stimuli are the only ones to pass directly into the cerebral cortex , without being filtered by the receptor center of the thalamus for a preliminary analysis. The aromatic molecules that spread in the air thus reach the upper part of the nasal cavities. Here the olfactory cells , once stimulated, transform the chemical stimulus into electrical impulses that in turn stimulate the centers dedicated to the smell. This explains why a smell or a scent can instantly evoke extremely vivid memories of experiences lived long ago, in a very more intense than that evoked by an image or a sound.

For this reason the use of essential oils are very indicated in the treatment of depression, anxiety, emotional disorders and mood disorders. The most suitable for their antidepressant action are: the essential oil of orange , bergamot , neroli , sage , cinnamon and cypress.
